The Award’s Banquet is scheduled for this Thursday evening at the St. Bernard’s Auditorium from 6-8 PM. 

This is a fun event every year for the swimmers.  Dress is casual, but most kids dress up a little more than every day play clothes.Trophies will be handed out with plenty of time for pictures. In addition, we will have several minutes set aside for our annual meeting for voting for officers.  

A Potluck dinner will be served.  Every family needs to bring a main dish that will, at the very least, feed your family. 

Family names A-M please also bring a side dish... Family names N-Z please also bring a desserts.

I am attaching a volunteer list for set-up and clean-up after the banquet.
